Description:

Rustic but nice surroundings. Plenty of walking paths. Especially impressive since it's only 13 miles from the center of Washington DC. No electric or water hookups. Has a dump station and water fillup.
Near a bunch of stores and sundry shops (Walmart, Home Depot, etc). Also only 3 miles away from an RV parts store but I can't remember the name anymore.
If you don't mind boondocking and want a reasonably priced place to stay ($16/night), this is a good option.
