Description: New campground. We were here for 4 nights and stayed in the Deluxe waterfront site. There are two close together called deluxe but we were the only ones out there. It would be a little tight with two big rigs out there. It is on a pier and the view of the ocean is great. The other waterfront sites have great views also, in particular the north ones. The rest of the sites were nice and wide. The camp ground is all large gravel and nice and clean. It is a smaller camp ground but we liked that. Everything was close and the clubhouse and laundry were very clean.
Sunsets were great and the people there were very nice.

Pros: Clean, quiet and well maintained
Cons: cost

A great campground, beautiful water views and very well maintained and clean after the 2017 hurricane. Not recommended for families with kids, not enough to keep them busy, but for couples looking for a great quiet campground with plenty of friendly neighbors it fits the bill. Waterfront sites are setup for Class A's to sse water out the front windshield, so some connections are reversed if you're in a TT. Stayed 5 nights in 2018, reserved 7 for 2019
