Description: This park is self-proclaimed under new management with many changes... However my description would be:

"A not-so-quite retreat that has recently been under 4' of water from the Minnesota river. Although the water did damage, we like the natural disaster look so much, we wanted to leave is as is"

Little to no grass; muddy and archaic office and so-called clubhouse.

Pros: Close to downtown Shakopee; close to transit to get to the Twin Cities
Cons: Dirty; muddy; little to no grass; devastated by a flood, old and disgusting clubhouse, staff not focused on customer service; although 50 amp breakers, only has 30 amp hookups that will not support a big rig.

Was looking for a long stay RV park to stay on weekdays since I work in the Twin Cities and own a home 150 miles away. I was told I would get a hookup for my 40' motorhome... I had no septic, only a 30 amp electric that kept tripping (90 degrees +) and could only run one AC unit. Not enough juice to run 1 ac unit plus a microwave. The staff got a park guest to up the amp to 50, but this was done incorrectly, causing my internal circuits to trip. This place was flooded out by the MN river but I was not told this on the phone. No grass, suspect park guests, and a very... quite frankly... scarey place to stay.

Had a fist fight next to my rig, foul language, long term residents that gave the place a very run down feeling. Management claims to be new with updated office and club house, but this place was disgusting. The office had a vacuum placed behind the desk that was plugged in, but had not moved the entire 6 week I was at the place. I got empty promises about making my stay right, but nothing ever came of it.

My wife came to visit and I was just embarrassed that I had ever considered staying there...
