Pros:

Easy access from I-10 West, well kept and maintained, concrete pads and streets, shady sites, reasonable price, friendly and hospitable host and staff

We have stayed at this KOA many times since the 1980's. Paved sites and streets, well maintained, and friendly staff and very reasonable price compared to other alternatives in the area. Last visit was for 10 days in May 2015. Have shuttle that goes to French Quarter. Lots of good seafood restaurants in the area. Park is older and is well maintained and pretty much as I recall from the first time we stayed at this park.
