Description: Good Sam park with 161 level sites with full hook-ups, gravel interior roads complete with pot holes. It could be a very nice park if it were properly maintained. It doesn't look like they have mowed the grass since opening for the season and the mosquitoes are loving it. I think their main competition is the River's Edge RV Park in Fairbanks and would be my choice next time...well maintained. Clean laundry room with numerous machines in good working order. Can't use bleach in their machines...signs say it will ruin your laundry???We stopped here as a rest stop and a base to explore the area for a week.

Pros: Full hook-ups, level sites
Cons: Maybe 12 miles into Fairbanks, park roads and grass not very well maintained

Can't sit outside of the RV because the grass is a playground for the mosquitoes, geez, cut the grass. To be fair, I suppose all the rain the past week or so could be a factor. Lots of potholes in the interior roads. We checked out River's Edge RV in Fairbanks and it looks to be well maintained and a better value should we pass by again. On a scale of 1-10...Riverview would be a 6 IMO.
