Pros:	Rules are strictly enforced. The owner patrolls and keeps close check. He will call you out if breaking a rule.
Cons:	Some campsites are on grass. Absolutely no outside mats.

Campsites are mixed sun-shade. Hiking trail about 2 miles around the parameter of the park following White River. Swimming is in a natural pond, no concrete pool. Lots of space for activities. Nice jungle gym - play ground area for kids, and a gigantic bounce house.
