Description: Very quiet with waterfront sites on the Ohio River, all are full hookup and includes WIFI. There is also a boat ramp for use that is included. All roads and sites are gravel and grass but very well maintained. Site are level many are shaded.
This park is private and very peaceful.
There are no bath rooms or showers and no tent camping. There is also no camp store except on weekends.

Pros: Clean, Quiet, Peaceful, Cheap, Friendly
Cons: Access is a little rough, Watch out for the biting midges while walking around!

Wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight while traveling through. Getting to the campground is a little rough, but the directions on the site are well written, do not follow GPS if it deviates from what the website says. We were greeted by owner who was very friendly. The grounds are very well kept. We arrived late in the day, and it was a warm one so the biting midges (sand flies, no see-ums) were out in full force! So wear enough clothing to protect yourself as bug spray has no effect on them.

If I ever drive through again, I know where we will be staying!
