Description:	This is a great upscale rv park that also has a "resort" section. It sits directly on the upper Rio Grande river for fishing and the day drives around this area are beautiful. The sites are gravel and very level. Private fishing lake for the young ones, a little store, propane service weekly, some wifi and 2 clubhouses. The town of Creede has great restaurants, pubs, shopping and basics.

Pros:	Gravel level campsites that are very wide. Back in only. No pull thrus. Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons:

This is a great cg located just outside Creed Colorado. Upper Rio Grand river runs directly alongside the park for great trout fishing. Area has great scenic drives including over Slumgullan pass to Lake City. Town of Creed has great shops and restaurants. Also a nice day trip over Wolf Creek Pass to Pagosa Springs. Medium size off leash dog run. We stay there for at least a week every year.
