Pros: Clean, Convenient, and CheapFul
Cons: Had use of pool, but it was a long walk

I wasn't sure how to rate this campground. I prefer real campgrounds, but for the price and what I needed it for, this was perfect. I had a full hook up. It's a Passport park so while I had to wait for a part for my trailer, it was a great place. I had been "camped" in Valencia Resort in Bayfield, but they were full once my stay ended so I moved here--less than 20 miles away.

I was able to ride up to Wolf Creek Pass, Crede, Durango, etc. to sight see. If you don't want to sit around a campfire, and want no mud if it rains, this is a good place to stay.
