Pros:

Site not quite level, wi-fi is $5.00, 40-50% full time residents

I had a nice stay here. There was still snow on the ground but the spots & roads were plowed. This is an older campground but is well maintained. My site was on a mound so I had to pull over the mound to get level. As for the full time residents, I don't have a problem with that as long as they take care of their sites. I understand that campgrounds need full timers to keep the cash flow coming in. Everyone here was very friendly. I had a free night coupon. The normal rate would have $48.40 a night or 96.80 for the two nights that I stayed.
