Description: This is a private campground on the banks of the Greenbrier River. It is available for tents and RV's with all amenities except sewer at the camp site, including cable and wifi. There is a dump station and the option for black tank pump out service.

The spectacular view is just wonderful. Coal trains pass on the opposite bank. The tent sites also boast a landing if you wish to go upriver and float or paddle downstream.

This probably has one of the top five shower houses we have used. The entire place is very clean and full of little niceties, such as hand sanitizer at the dump station.

The only negative is really not the fault of the campground. When surrounding communities have names such as White Sulphur Springs, Red Sulphur Springs, Green Sulphur Springs etc., it is little wonder that the water from the campsite spigot has a strong odor. Next time, we will fill the holding tank from the potable water outlet as it did not have an odor and continue to take showers in the showerhouse, instead of hooking up to the site water spigot.

We camped here in a 14 ft travel trailer. Our little dog was welcomed and there is a big field where we could walk her. There is a stage area, group picnic table, and communal fire pit along with a playground for all to use. Each campsite has a picnic table and a fire ring.

We did our October leaf peeping with the campground as our base of operations. The Highland Trail runs right outside the campgrounds. WV 150 was awesome in full fall foliage, and the little communities nearby have wonderful stories to tell.
