Description:

The CG is about 1 1/2 miles East of I75 exit 143. It is on the Caloosahatchee River. There is a ramp to put in/out a boat. Some sites have space for a dock. This is a 55+ CG. It has the usual ammenities. The CG was clean and well maintained. About 1/2 the CG is filled with park models. There are many (75+) large pull through sites. THere is WIFI for an extra fee.

I stayed here two nights in August 06. It is out of season so there was not much going on. Reading the literature there is a lot of activities during the Winter. The CG is very clean and well maintained. The pool was spotless. I would stay here again. Sites are very large pull through with concrete pad and patio.

Upriver is a premium resort. We have spent the last two winters there. Super sites are just right for my rig. Spaces have plenty of room. A 100 ft concrete pad and patio with a picnic table are provided. I have a 40 ft diesel pusher with a 20 ft enclosed trailer that I haul a motorcycle and car in. We are able to keep the trailer and bus together at our site. Lots of activities you can participate in. People that run the park are nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone
