Description: Nice park for biking, walking and fishing. No sewer but 50 amp and water. Back in spot was big enough for my 40' RV but the pull through we booked on-line was not, although the website promised it was. When we arrived, the park hosts worked hard to find a spot large enough to accommodate my rig. They were busy...it is close to Meridian and apparently great fishing. Pad was gravel, but level. Dump station was up on a hill, and the turn was too challenging for me....I elected to take my "load" to the next campground and dump there. Our GPS took us on a wild goose chase and the roads were too narrow to be messing around. Make sure you follow the campground directions (Hwy 19 which is exit 150).

Pros: Many spots on the water
Cons: Majority of the spots were small and close together, no sewer. Can be crowded.

Corp of Eng park so with the America the Beautiful pass it was half price. Booked through Recreation.gov and it allowed us to reserve a pull through that supposedly would fit our 40' RV. The park host laughed when we arrived and commented that we obviously hadn't been there before....no way were we parking in that spot! They had to bust their butt to help us find a spot big enough, but bust it they did and they led us to one that I could back into. Once there, it was nice...right on the water. Lots walking paths and a great place to bike. The dump was up on a hill...and the road up to it required a significant maneuver to get across the driveway and I was facing a drop off on both sides...I took one look, and gave up even trying that turn. I just took my load to the next park. One of the two loops is very tight with a lot of trailers packed in tight together...it is obvious these folks are locals and are serious fishermen. The other loop was more "normal". We stayed in spot 33 (I think). Both roads were pretty tight for the size of our RV....in fact one turn we could not have made, but they warned us away from it (the turn was right at the spot we were originally reserved!). We will go back for sure, but we will be careful about how we get there and make sure that the campsite is big enough before we arrive.
