We rolled in to Las Vegas on a late Sunday afternoon just before the SEMA show in November 2015. The park is simply huge with nearly 700 spaces boasting 30/50 amp service, back-in or pull-through spots ranging to 90 feet in length. Very level concrete pads with room for parking two cars in addition to your coach. Cable TV, phone and water/power/sewer are all provided at the post. Roads are wide and provided plenty of room for our 39' coach as well as many over that length.
There is a guard posted at the front entry to monitor the ins & outs of guests and they are friendly and helpful.
The pools are nice, the 18 hole putting course is green, the landscaping is well cared for and the property is very attractive. The most attractive part was the consistent generosity of the staff and their kindness. Great people and the key to the resort's success, I'm sure.
Only major downside is the flight path to McCarran International Airport. Planes departing to the south fly right over the resort. There is a low hum of Interstate 15 traffic when you're outside your coach but is less of an intrusion when inside.
Easy access from Interstate 15 at exit 33. Plenty of room for staging and getting your toad hooked up. They also have storage for your car trailer at very reasonable rates. In my case, for just one day of storage, they waived the fee and let me park close since I was leaving the following day.
After spending a week at the resort we know we'll be back as the friendly staff and convenient access to downtown Las Vegas is hard to duplicate anywhere else. Our dog Lily made many new friends.

Management

In general this is a nice park but the noise and management are terrible. The airplane flight path is directly overhead when the wind is from the North and the number of emergency sirens from I-15 and Las Vegas Blvd is very noticeable. The working staff are very nice and knowledgeable, however the general manager, Sylvia is another story completely. We, unfortunately, had a mishap where our actions caused the water spigot to shear off. When contacted by Sylvia via phone, her first response was to rudely make us aware that we would have to pay for the repair. I agree that we should pay for the repair, after all we caused it. I asked her in writing to provide an estimate of the repair cost so that I could determine if it was reasonable and possibly get my own independent estimate. She completely ignored my request and made a charge of $400.00 to our charge card without any accounting of the charges (labor + parts + misc) or prior notification.
Also be aware that on the monthly basis they do not make you aware of the KWH charge for the electric when you register. They charge $0.16 a KWH when they are paying less than $0.05 ($0.0488 ref PUC). Our December bill was for electric was $196.48 and we use our Aqua-Hot for heat and water, we do have an electric stove and use electric blankets.

YOU will ENJOY! NICE Campground: GREAT Friday night Karaoke & weekly special events to enjoy. Swimming & poolside is PERFECT: and even an 'Adults only pool' for those that desire. Laundry facilities throughout the park: close to all sites: with 'Private/ Shower Units' throughout the Park, too.
*Close to the strip & Southpointe for easy access in/out of the park, and to all areas.
*Yes, some flight paths are nearby, but WHERE in Vegas, do you not hear some airplane noise?
TRY it, you'll like it! Quiet Campers, with many full-timers. Requires a 'move off' your lot every 6 months, to allow full-time stay.' {Resort keeps it's resort status that way}.
Helpful staff & GREAT store n Cafe: for those times you don't wish to travel or cook.
Close to Town Square activities., just a few minutes north.

Nicest place we stayed on our 6000 mile tour. Close to downtown. Security at gate always on duty. Place is full of 300000 coaches. They have a restriction on 10 year old and older rvs but we saw lots that were older. The reserve the right to inspect them if they are older. As long as they are well kept, I dont think there would be a problem.
