Description:
|
Wonderful gem of a park located in a deep valley with it's name sake "Withrow Springs." The spring is historically significant for milling.
It has a really nice small water park and swimming pool, 30 RV sites all with 30/50 amp service, and two pull through sites, and full hook ups.
Mosquitos can be a problem during wet weather so be prepared. There are several nice hiking trails and an interactive park office with displays and the history of the area.
Shopping can be done in Huntsville (5 miles away), there are several local restaurants, diesel and gas available and it is on the famous "Pig Trail" ie: Highway 23 (not big rig friendly, but doable).
