WiFi weak, very "complicated" access, some "spaces" are really the sloped side of the road

it started when we came off I15 - i said "we've been here before - and that is not a good thing!" one cannot make the IMMEDIATE left turn after coming off the exit ramp. then one drives around trying to get back to that street - that is NOT signed the same as the directions.
then you get to drive around some quazi residential streets hoping that GPS "has her right mind". last time she didn't and we made the circle several times. this time [after calling the office and the the two people there not answering the phone], we ignored one GPS instruction and did manage to find the campground.
we then found that we had actually driven by the "spot" we were assigned. it was the entrance driveway - you know - an actual road with curbs and slope [and a lot of traffic as well].
we have had much better experiences at WalMarts...
