This is a very well laid out campground that is conveniently located in West Yellowstone. It's walking distance from the Grizzly Discovery Center or downtown areas and 1/2 mile from Yellowstone's west entrance gate. It's clean, modern, and very well taken care of. There is a nice playground area for the kids but no pool. Then again, being in Yellowstone who has time for a campground pool. The area is new so the trees are still growing and you shouldn't have any issues with satellite TV line-of-sight. WI-FI was available through a third party at $20 per week when we last stayed there.
We've stayed there with a 33' class A in the summer of 2004 and a 40' class A in the fall 2004, fall 2005, and we plan on returning summer of 2006.

I agree with every comment that Cruzer has made. This is a nice park.

Cons:

We were there in early June and there were a lot of mosquitos
We stayed at the Grizzly at the recommendation of a friend for 10 days during the early summer of 2006 and found this to be one of the best RV Parks that we have stayed in.
The entrance to West Yellowstone is less than a mile or so away.

This is a very clean, neat, well-planned RV park. It is level, so every type of camper/RV may be accommodated easily. We are here right now, a very busy place, with perhaps 30 units in/out daily. The grounds staff are working and grooming the park all day. This is the only full-service RV park in West Yellowstone that can accommodate big-rigs without problems.

WI-FI is very un-reliable
We love this RV park. We will be back again and again....but they really need to get the wi-fi fixed so it is reliable and cover the entire park. We still work and need to stay in touch with business issues while trying to have a "working vacation".
We've had much better wi-fi coverage in parks not near so modern. This is a wonderful park and we love it with that one exception.

Pros:

Well planned, pristine, clean (incuding bathrooms), less that miniute drive to west entrance to Yellowstone NP, adequate pull through sites for big rigs
Cons:
Inadequate back in sites for big rigs, poor Wifi & cable, noisy, overpriced
This is a very large, busy CG in the heart of West Yellowstone, with lots of families and is conveniently close to the west entrance to Yellowstone NP. We stayed there in a motorhome. It's a nice, modern, clean, well maintained CG and is a good place to park your rig while visiting the NP. Back-in spaces are not adequate for big rigs if you're towing a vehicle as there's no space on the B-I site for most vehicles (there is an off-site parking area near the B-I sites for towed vehicles, but it was usually full). Pull through sites have adequate space for big rigs and tow vehicles, but, of course, are more expensive. This CG is very noisy with kids on bikes and skate boards in the streets, sprinklers going off at 4 am with water hitting the sides of the motorhome, and overflow noise from the town. Both Wifi and cable TV were poor. This may not be a good CG for older folks seeking peace & quiet, but is generally a good spot for close access to the NP. I would not rate this CG as a "nature" experience. I also feel it's overpriced for what you get.

Sprinklers, Mosquitos come out at dusk but aren't too bad.

This is a large modern campground located within West Yellowstone, MT is extremely convenient for access to the park and local shops and restaurant. The campground can get noisy at times, but but no means was an issue. We rented a pull through site that had ample room for our RV and a tow vehicle. Wifi was hit or miss, but that is extremely common for most RV parks we have visited. The park store was nice as was the game room (would be greatly for kids or young at heart adults), and the playground. At dusk the mosquitos do come out but as along as you have inspect repellant you are fine. The thing one thing we did dislike, the lawn sprinklers going off in the middle of the night! It made part of our site wet at times and I believe is the contributor for the mosquitos. We loved the park and will be back. Highly recommended!
