The Staff is nice. But when you call them no one answers. The Wifi didn't work, we kept calling: no answer. We called Sun properties HQ or phone center and they couldn't help. So we went 9 days w/out WiFi. Had to use our cell phones.
The Spaces: they were gravel, we only stay on concrete sites, but on google earth they looked like concrete so we booked. Most sites are uneven, some have a steep grades, so carry pads or 4 to 8, 2x8x10s.
Pool was great. Laundry room: great. Bathrooms: clean. Camp Grounds nicely kept and clean. Many Spaces are in Bad need of some serious tree trimming. Most residents are mostly friendly.
This CG has over 150 Spaces and a bunch of Cabins to go with it. The CG was pretty full. Touring the CG we noticed 5 nice Class A's. 4-5 Nice 5th wheels, about 10 nice TT's, 1 nice looking super C; the rest of the TT's and 5th wheels and 3 (old) class A's were very weathered, Sun worn, Horrible wear and tear, dilapidated, in a bad state of deterioration, no up keep what so ever. Because we paid alot we take pride in what we've been blessed with, so we wash and wax our RV 4x a yr. We usually go to CG's that have a Age restriction and a length restriction on RV's. But we are not above giving the benefit of the doubt to other RV parks and giving them a try. Like for MOST Businesses Reputation is Paramount. La Hacienda if you care, set standards for the Conditions of certain RV's that show up there. Hold your Full timers and long term residents to set standards because some sites just looked plain trashy. Just tell them to Shape up or ship out. But, if you don't care just keep on doing what your doing.
All in All this is a very nice CG. Peaceful, quiet, Good people (some with their convictions which they display on their flags), nice amenities, Clean facilities. Price is not bad, but could use improvement. We would definitely recommend this place to others, but it's just not for us.
