Description:

New facility they just made their 1st year. Clean paved level sites. Owner doesn't put up with noise or bad behavior. No permanent residents. Full hookups to 50 amp. 3 blocks off the beach. Tiki hut restaurant 1/4 mile from park"good food"

No permanent tenants, no trashy looking RV's allowed. Quiet ,safe, secure, owners are always making a pass thru facility checking on things. Laundry and shower house at no charge. covered patio at end of park for socializing. This park is the closest one to the beach and one of the few that are on the beach side of hwy 87. I will use this park again but I'm afraid when the word gets out about this new facility it will be harder to get a reservation though. It's a little over a year old. 6/7/17
