Description:
|
A spacious gem located amidst a suburban area with easy access to the Capitol.
Ringed by immaculate cabins bearing the names of historic first ladies.
We spent two weeks here during the massive "bomb cyclone" of 2018 that paralyzed much of the east coast; yet, all utilities worked perfectly.
The staff is helpful and attentive, upkeep is superb, there is a guard manning the gate overnight.

We used this facility last year, visiting family, during peak season; and, even then, the crowding was not overwhelming. In fact, we hosted a cookout for guests.
It is curious, that an RV park can exist in an area of such premium real estate; but, we won't argue with their obvious success.
This is our prime choice, anytime we visit the tristate area. One caveat: fueling facilities for big rigs are limited within a 20-mile radius; so, come in with full tanks.
Shuttle service is available for excursions into the metro area.
