Pros: Walking distance to the beach, affordable rates, basic amenities.
Cons: WiFi can be spotty, pool can get crowded, May have to drive (20-40 miles) for local attractions.

Overall, a great find for those on a budget or just needing a beach and a place for an RV stay. WiFi is best as your are closest to the office, but that is the least of our concerns (maybe something more for others to worry about). Pets are welcome, but see their policy. Golf cart friendly as well. I recommend using Google Maps (in street view) to get an idea of the spots. Some have excellent shade, others do not. The map from the website is a plus to organize your expectations. Full hook ups and never an issue the whole week were there.

Would we stay there again? Let's just say, we are coming back for another week during the 4th of July! It's like our "comfort food" place to go when we are not at a state park.
