The Gothenburg KOA's office is the gas station out front. In back, tucked into the woods is a small heavily wooded campground. It was a bit tight for big rigs but it was a nice place for an overnight layover.

This review is based on a 1 night stay in July of 2009. The CG is right at I-80, exit 211. It is on the south side of the Interstate highway. There are all the usual amenities of a KOA. The store is very well stocked and they make their own pizza. As an overnight stay, I'd stay here again. The trees make Sat TV almost impossible. It had rained earlier in the day. This CG does not drain well. Almost the entire CG was puddles and mud. The sites are paved, but the paving was done so long ago one must look closely to see that there is black top and not just dirt. Pool is old and could use some maintenance. The laundry and showers were clean and neat, with wear and tear. It's not the best overnight stop, but it will do.

We stayed here for an overnight heading back east from Yellowstone. The RV park only had 2 or 3 RVs and several camp sites filled (in mid August). We talked to the owner and they were still trying to recover from recent floods. A little additional TLC and the park could be nice. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. The staff was friendly and the convenient store/gas station at the entrance was well stocked and even had english goodies which was nice. An ok overnight stop, but things to see and do around the area are limited.

This is a mom and pop outfit, We used it for an overnight stop coming from Yellowstone. The owners are former teachers from England and the guy still assist with the local track team. Very nice folks but the place needs a good paint job and roads need to be paved, lot of mosquitoes at dark. There in July and there was no water in the pool. We just needed a rest stop and it worked for us. Would stay there again.
