Description: Kodachrome is 7 miles outside of Cannonville on a good asphalt winding road. The campground has paved roads and sites. There is a store at the entrance to the park. Modern restroom and an RV dump station is located in the campground. Dry camping only with potable water available.

Pros: Scenery
Cons: Could be hot in the summer with no power

We stayed here in a 36' MH as we traveled Hyw 12, a must drive. The campground was practically deserted. The sites are level. The ever changing color of the hills around us, as the sun set, was well worth traveling off the beaten path.

Pros: Beautiful scenery, big sites
Cons: Mosquitoes, heat in summer

We stayed here years ago when we were still tent camping. The restrooms and showers are clean. It can get hot here in the summer. Bring mosquito repellent. Nice place to stop on the scenic byway Utah 12.

Pros: Cleanest I have been in for quite a while
Cons: Can be pretty hot in summer

I paid $ 20 per night. The campground was extremely clean, never even saw a sig butt! The restrooms are clean and although I was in a travel trailer I did not take a hook up spot. There are a few spots with hook ups which were much larger than other Utah State parks I have visited. There is hiking in the park, a little nature trail and plenty of sight seeing nearby.
