Pros: Ocean front. We listened to the waves breaking all night. Helpful Staff
Cons: Toads must be disconnected prior to entry, due to narrow access road.

We called Bryn Mawr RV Resort, after being disappointed by the staff at another resort, to see if they had a pull-through for us. This was short notice Friday afternoon, and they put us in spot 195, a pull-through at the ocean end of a row with a nice view of the dunes and ocean. Spaces were smaller, but paved and level with a covered deck, full hookups and Cable TV. There were a lot of full-timers there, but the view was tremendous, beach was a short walk over the boardwalk, and they were pet-friendly. We walked our dog on the beach (on a leash) without any problems. They do have a policy that toads must be unhooked before entering the park, due to narrow access roads. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Pros: Oceanfront
Cons: Many more park models than MH

We have been to Bryn Mawr for the last 3 years in a row staying a week each time. Take it slow going to the sites because the roads are gravel and quite narrow. We get site #124 which is on the ocean so the waves lull you to sleep at night. We too like how pet friendly it is and pets are welcomed on the beach. They do have a nice pool and tennis courts located in the front of the facility. The washrooms are ok but not really updated and the laundry room could use some attention but was adequate.

It is a short drive to old town and located on a main strip with many restaurants and grocery stores ect....Get a site as close to the ocean as possible or at the end of the rows in the MH area. Sites are concrete, level, 50 amp and cable.

Pros: New bath house awesome pool, super nice employees THE BEACH
Cons: Narrow roads, but just take your time

For ocean access this place is A+. I would rate my overall experience a 10. Daily trash pickup at your site. Better than usual cable Channels so much so I forgot to try my antenna. Got us an oceanfront spot on short notice (keep in mind there are dunes to cross). Pet friendly. Some very nice park models, wanted to stay forever. I will go again, hopefully soon.....

Pros: very nice staff
Cons:

staff was the best I went there 10-2-13 for a long weekend. when I pulled in they stopped me at the gate with concerns that I would not fit in the spot I had reserved. they then loaded me and the kids on a golf cart and we all looked for a spot I could fit. they moved me to a new spot and would not even take any more $ for the upgrade. can't say enough good things about them. pool was great playground was good. already planning on doing back.

Pros: BEACH !!! Pet friendly. Family friendly. Friendly Staff. Excellent Management.
Cons: Never ran into any major problems there.

I have been camping here for many MANY years (27yrs?) in all areas of the campground and I have not found one bad site. Each more unique than the last. Some have decks, some have patios and some have grass lawns, and the only problem I had, once, was with a NEW very vocal "Yankee hating" maintenance worker (about 20 yrs ago), who yelled out unprovoked obscenities to us, and our children each time he passed our site. We brought it to the attention of management and they took care of the situation IMMEDIATELY and took measures to make sure we were happy and safe ! We still camp there and that worker was never seen again.
POINT OF STORY- I HAVE FOUND, that MANAGEMENT CARES ABOUT IT'S CAMPERS and takes any and ALL Complaints or suggestions seriously !
I especially like how almost every site has an outdoor shower. And the owners of the sites always make sure the sites are clean and well kept. Never met a bad neighbor there either !
WE LOVE THIS PLACE and look forward to going back there very soon.

Pros: Nice showers, nice pools, nice bathrooms, right on the beach
Cons: A tweak tight to get around but certainly manageable, store lacks product

We're new to RVing but truly loved this place. People were nice/friendly thru-out the park, A lot of permanent trailers or homes but plenty of sites for visitors. If you love the beach you are right there. A short walk over the sand bluff on the boardwalk and viola, BEACH, White Sandy, BEACH!!! We only had bicycles to get around but were able to ride to a local eatery and a Dunkin Donuts without issue. Took a UBER ride into Saint Augustine and toured the town and thought it was incredible. Would definitely go back if we are in the area (we're just outside of Chicago, IL).

Pros: Close to Ocean Two nice swimming pools
Cons: Some sites are small

Walk right to the ocean in 5 minutes. Drive your 4X4 on the beach from access roads. Close to Historic St. Augustine. Cement site pads and Most sites have a small deck with table.
