Description: This campground has over 70 Full-hookups including cable TV. The campsites are all asphalt pads with lush lawns around them. The pads are all fairly level BUT you must have wood or plastic blocks under your jacks. The campground seems very quiet and is very clean. Laundry/bathroom area is clean and heated.
The big downfall for some is that there is no pool. (I personally don't have a problem with that though.)

Pros: Quiet; clean; large sites; close to downtown Eugene-but with the country feel
Cons: no pool; only a few pull-thru sites

Great campground. Very level sites-but wood or plastic blocks are required under jacks due to aspalt seems to have a soft base and may cause indents in asphalt. Many sites are out in the open for good satellite reception - but there is cable if you cannot get satellite. Many of the back in sites are very deep.

Pros: lovely landscaping, big rig friendly, pet friendly, quiet and peaceful
Cons: no pool

We stayed here for a few nights in May of 2008. We were impressed with the beautiful landscaping and peaceful atmosphere. Most sites were more than adequate for even the biggest rigs and tow car. There was a small laundry room but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on how well it may be maintained. Other than that, there's not much in the way of ammenities or facilities. We paid $34/night for our stay. Weekly and monthly rates are available and I remember thinking they seemed fairly reasonable, but I can't remember the exact amounts.

The location is convenient to Eugene and surrounding areas, but still feels like it's out in the country.

We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The setting
Cons:

This is one of the best RV parks we have stayed in. A beautiful park like setting with shaded or open spots if you prefer. Although close to the highway we did not hear any traffic sounds. The only negative is the appearent lack of on site personel.

Pros: Beautiful park-like setting. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: No off leash area for dogs.

We were delighted with our stay at Deerwood. The grounds are beautiful and the park is very quiet. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. All of our interactions with the staff were pleasant and they were quite helpful. The only drawback for us was the lack of a fenced pet area.
