Description: By the Atlantic Ocean, over 1000 campsites, many located on the bay and waterfront. One mile west of Fenwick Island, Delaware on the Atlantic Ocean, just a few minutes drive from Ocean City, Maryland. This campground and RV Park is convenient to Bethany Beach DE, Assateague Island, and the family resort of Ocean City MD.

Pros: Lack of bugs, Nice roads, big rential sites, Waterfront sited, Boat ramp on site.
Cons: Lack of trees, Cost.

We have been going there for years to visit her sister who has a seasonal site there. It is very close to Ocean City MD. When we started RVing we found the people frendley and helpfull. It has a nice store on site with generous scopes of ice cream at a good price. Propane fills are also on site. The pool play room and rest rooms are clean and well maintained. Yes we are going back this year for two weeks.

Pros: Easy access from Ocean City area, quiet road, wide lanes
Cons: None to speak of from my POV

We stayed here just overnight back in July 2011 on a weekend trip. All the DE state parks around Indian River inlet were full, or out in the scorching sun. We found Treasure Beach in the book, called for a spot and they were very accomodating for a Saturday evening in the summer. We had a nice spot, the pool and all were very nice, didn't avail ourselves of much else but the DW and granddaughter liked it just fine. It seemed fairly full up with a mix of overnighters, long-term MHs and weekly spots. But, it wasn't too loud or anything at all, where we were.
