Description:

this is an old mobile home park that caters to Winter Texans. Aprox. 50% of the residents remain here year around. There are maybe 30% of the Winter residents that are regulars, returning year after year. Of these, many leave their RVs here permanently. The park does accommodate overnight stays, but most are here for a month or two.
There is no pool of hot tub. There is a fine hall where residents hold pot luck dinners, bingo, jam sessions,etc. There are also shuffle board courts. Cable TV and internet service are not provided, but can be installed by TimeWarner, who waves installation fees for Winter Texas.
The park is centrally located in a residential area.
