Description:

Located just noth of Santa barbara, Ocean Mesa sits on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The campground has paved roads and concrete pads for the RV to park upon. Beside the concrete pad is asphalt and gravel. Sites are fairly large with privacy screens between. However the park is new and the trees and shrubs are still small. Ocean Mesa has a large tent area, playground and play area for children, pool and hot tub. Picnic tables and firerings are furnished at all sites. Cable TV, WiFi and a small store are onsite.

We stayed here at the end of March for an Alpine Rally. This park is new and very clean. It was windy the weekend we stayed here, but the park had employyees out sweeping up the leaves that had been blown around. The roads in the campground are a bit narrow but workable with some caution. The pool and restrooms looked the same as the park...clean. Wifi was strong and cable reception was good. Sites up on top of the hill, above the pool, probably have the best view of the ocean, but all sites had at least a glimpse of the Pacific. Prices rise to $90 per night after April 1st.
