Pros:

Close to Lake Okeechobee and good fishing. Wash house and showers on premisis

Sites are extremely small and narrow. Junk piles in front of and on one end of CG.

Not a "resort" by any stretch. Over priced. Facilities need maintenance and no one seems to care. Desk help is two young girls who don't have a clue about RVing. The manager is a nice guy name Inglesias, but is overwhelmed running the Marina, the restaurant, Tiki bar and the RV park. The RV portion is more an after thought than anything else. A place for a fisherman to park a camper and go fishing.
Save your money and go to the north end of Lake O to the town of Okeechobee for fishing

Not short term friendly, cement plant close by if your ill and don't like noise all night don't go there.

After coming here for six years from Jan thru Apr we are informed this year that because we are three monthers that we were no longer welcomed with a binding contract but if we wanted to we could come and take whatever is left after seasonal and annuals get firs choice a nice way to tell you that if your a three monther that you are a second rate citizen. So if your in Zephyrhills Fl think twice before going to Majestics Oaks.

RV's are not wanted. Sites suitable for a popup only. Not a resort!
