Pros: VERY clean, all amenities, SUPER nice staff
Cons: Cable reception was a bit choppy at times

Called on way at they were very helpful. Very organized and must be the CLEANEST place I have been to yet. Landry and shower areas were super clean. Nice spaces with concrete pad and new picnic table. All the usual amenities. They advertise as cleand and friendly and they are! If you need a place to stop on the way south, this is a perfect place. They also have motel rooms, cabin rentals, trailer rentals this place had it all!

If I can figure out how to post pictures I will do so shortly!

Pros: Nice big sites, glad to have you
Cons: NONE

Wow, love campgrounds like this, clean, large sites, easy hook up, great staff, helpful and polite. Found this place on line since we had a function to attend about 10 miles from there. What a great experience. A little out of the way, get your groceries before you get there, but what a lovely campground. Unfortunately we were there in the snow and could not make most of the amenities.

Highly recommend this campground - I love staying at place that make you feel like they are happy you came. Too many act like they are doing me a favor letting me stay, not here!!

Pros: Good people, clean, full hookups, well maintained, everything is covered, Good people
Cons: completely open, no shade trees, bear country, narrow back country roads with tight turns must be navigated to get in

Campgrounds are made by the folks that visit and maintain them and both are top notch here. Beach activities are within easy driving distance but campers aren't crammed in like sardines. This is a small camp ground with a nice pond in the middle. There's good fishing in the nearby area and the locals are good people. The only downer for some will be getting in. I drive a 32 foot C with a toad and getting in was no problem. The roads are narrow to the point that both rear wheels will be on the lines in some sections but if you know your rig and where its corners are then the 10 - 15 minutes of tight driving is worth it. I just wouldn't like to drive a 40+ foot TAG with a toad in.
