We have stayed at this park before and used it as a base for off roading as well as riding on the sand dunes with the Jeep. The $25/nite fee is good untill (I think June 20th or so and then the $40/nite fee is in place). The staff was very friendly as well as helpful and thay have a very nice campground store. The heated pool is very big and they have a adult swim period from 9pm to 10pm each nite. They have both cable tv and wi-fi and the wi-fi speed was great. The park also has a dog run.

The campground is actually a resort. I inquired if the the sites were for sale, and was told no, that the owner looked into going condo, but he would have to be zoned as a mobile home park, and he wasn't interested in that.
Here is my experience after staying there for ten days. The park is ultra clean, although the dog run areas are not picked up well when the dog owners neglect to pick up after themselves.
The wifi worked great sometimes, other times not at all. Typical experience for me. Park has four servers, and constantly switching between them helped somewhat, but my wife remained extremely frustrated over this point.
Park has a lot of rules which is ok by me. No cutting through people's sites, nobody under 14 years of age in the hot tub, no running around the pool. We found none of these rules to be actively enforced, and the number of people constantly cutting through our site was a major irritation for us. I understand that it's only a semblance of personal space offered at this type of park, but some sort of adherence to that rule in particular would have been nice.
A certain amount of snobbery can be expected I suppose at the higher end resorts that go after the big expensive rigs, but we found we were more than ready to leave by the time of our checkout. We spent a couple of days at a state park cg on the way home, and wound up wishing we had spent more time at the state park as it was a much more satisfying experience. My wife and I doubt very much we would go back.

Smooth paved roads, spacious concrete slabs, full hook-ups including TV cable, phone line & the WiFi was excellent. Super clean throughout

None that we ran into

The first park where we really hated to leave and it is so well known that it is hard to book into. We couldn't even get an extra night after ours were all up. A great area to sight see, very scenic. The famous sand dunes and beautiful sunsets out over Lake Michigan. We can't wait to go back. We've stayed at parks with a lot less going for them for a much higher daily rate.

Clean, well maintained

Cons:

Noisy, rules not enforced, complaints ignored

Very close to Lake Michigan sand dunes with vehicle access - ATV's, dune buggies, etc. Park was loud day and night - lots of young people, kids, loud music. Quiet time rules are not enforced. Talked with the manager when he was closing up the pool and he did nothing. Complaints about loud neighbors at midnight were ignored.
Park amenities are great. Large sites, clean, nice pool and hot tub but if you want to be able to sleep this is not the place to be.
