Pros: level sites, free WIFI
Cons: over priced, charge extra for kids, laundry too small

This review is based on a 2 night stay in July of 2009. Pull throughs are short. No room for toad and coach to stay connected overnight. The CG is well maintained, neat and clean. Sites are level. The CG is about 8 miles to Mesa Verde National Park. Marginal power. The laundry is too small for the CG. Not enough washers/dryers. Running 105 VAC with both A/Cs going. The CG is about 1/2 full. Because of the price and power, I will try another CG before staying here again.

Pros: Nice KOA that felt spacious, but we were there when not busy.
Cons: A little like a gravel parking lot, but not objectionably so

It's been a few years since we stayed there. It is quiet and we appreciate that. We have stayed there twice and would stay there again if in Cortez. Nice large Public Dog park in front of the RV park. Nice views. It seems to meet all our requirements.
