Mission Statement: Supporting thoughtful exchange of knowledge, values and experience among RV enthusiasts.
I love the fact that I can go anywhere I can afford to drive and spend the night. I travel with my DW, Jaylene, and our three Chinese Crested dogs. We bring our motorcycle and a toad vehicle with us so we can enjoy all there is in an area.

We started out in April of 2014 with a 1998 Born Free President Rear Bath Class C coach. I bought this as a fixer upper knowing the waste system needed work, little did I know that I would replace everything from the floor down including the tanks and valves. When it was completed and we started using them, I wished I had installed larger tanks! We enjoyed our trips so much that we started making them weeks in duration. We towed the motorcycle with us and bad weather keeping us confined in the small coach, with 3 dogs, which encouraged us to look at larger coaches.

We found our 2006 Georgie Boy Cruise Master 38' Class A in March of 2015 and have spent many weeks enjoying it. I have set out to make it a OUR coach but I don't want to break the bank doing so.

First modification/upgrade was the Cheap Handling Fix (CHF) posted on this forum. It helped by making the ride more upright with less sway, it also eased the push I was getting from passing rigs.

Next Mod was a 5 Star Tuner and custom tune software. This made changes to transmission shift points, increased HP and more torque. This has not been demonstrated by DYNO but the 'seat of the pants' feel is better than it was before the tune.

Next mod is rear Firestone Air Bags, to assist leveling the rear when hauling the toys. I took a photo one day while parked in a Walmart parking lot and noticed that the rear looked low, compared to the angle of the parking lot, which as I remember was very level. These will be installed this week and I hope to test them out within the next month as we head south.
