Well, the first phase of downsizing is nearly complete: We're finally all moved into the little house and the big house is officially on the market. In fact, it's been for sale for about a month - we've had a couple of offers but they were ridiculously low (naturally). That's ok... it's not costing us anything to just sit there, so we can wait for the right buyer.

In the mean time, we're putting the finishing touches on our new home. Thankfully, the flipper that we bought the house...

Dawn is taking a well deserved retreat with the ladies from church. So I loaded up the girls and we headed over to Joe Wheeler State Park for the night.

Our short drive of just over an hour, was long enough for Mary, Elise, and Nora to read, draw, and enjoy the comfort of the Palazzo living space. I was able to get the feel of our latest camper on the road. Alice, our youngest at 16 mo.'s, was able to get in a little nap.
