The first night in your coach should be memorable

Posted 10-20-2018 at 08:39 PM by MEWright

Well, its that time;
We have had it home for a week and packed it all up. We want to head out but as many of you know Texas is flooding. Anywhere its not raining, it is about to or has just stopped.

So we decide to spend the first night in the new coach in our driveway. Very short notice, no planning just lets watch a movie in it to lets spend the night here.

Wife wakes up about 12:15 and heads into house leaving me in the king bed and our daughter in the top bunk of the bunk room.

NOW that is not what makes the FIRST night so memorable...

The rest of the story;

Sometime about (in my sleepy stooper i think its about 130-2am) I get woke up by noise outside the coach, allot of noise.

I think its my daughter getting up sleepwalking trying to get in bed with her mom, maybe heading in the house. I look outside to see a girl (female form) in my driveway. I holler my daughters name, grab some shorts and head towards the door. As I go past the bunks I see my daughter looking at me..

HHHMMMMM, WTH is going on????

There is a drunk female in the street headed back to a party around the corner.....

The next morning I go inside and tell my wife : you are not going to believe what happened last night after you went to bed" as I access our security cameras.

I find the footage ( I thought to be about 130/2am to actually be at 515am. Well you can see the 2 videos and judge...

She did no damage to my coach and did not try to actually enter the coach or my vehicles so I did not call the police. Chalked it up to young and dumb...

    BTW, I changed my cameras to record longer now. So glad I had them.

    WOW! Crazy. We have a Ring doorbell camera and caught a guy starting to come up our steps and then he stops...I think he saw the lights on the doorbell, and turns and walks quickly away. Another time we got an alert and when I finally looked at the video it was a buck! And we're pretty close to downtown Spokane!! And I agree...cameras are great. I do like the ones that allow you to talk to folks. Another time my wife and I were out at Home Depot and our phones alerted us that someone was at the door. I brought up the ring app on my phone and was able to talk to the person. Pretty handy. And they have no idea you're not home!!! Thanks for sharing.
