Cant be fixed (or not by us)
Ancira buys it back -YEP 100%
We buy new/used Fleetwood Discovery 40G
Needed warranty work for PS hose
Your caught up until today...........
Its done and we go today to get it 10-11-18

10/11/18
Today is special. We left for Boerne at 8am
to get our new / to us 2014 Discovery Fleetwood 40G
This Discovery has 1593 miles (not a typo no numbers missing or #s left out 1593)
It does not look like anything was ever stored under the coach in the bays.

The bunk beds have never been used, couches still have original tags, all the pull down curtains still have delivery stickers on them, windows still have delivery stickers on them, it look like it has never been used. It looks brand new. The fridge still has the spare part in plastic in the crisper drawer, the safety tag is on the gas burner, the dishwasher and W/D still have paper booklets in them.

We went through some hell to get to this point but it was sooo worth it.

We upgraded a few years early but we knew we would upgrade anyway so we are better off for it.

If you are looking to buy a new or used 5er, trailer, DP or Gas MH. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Everyone there bent over backwards making sure this entire thing worked out. The entire team was awesome. From the VP Kevin Ketner, the GSM Roger Adams, F and I team Mickey Davila and of course I cannot leave out our amazing sales guy Steve Lyons. This guy was the absolute best. Steve was so amazingly helpful during this whole thing. This deal could have gone south a few times but he just has a great calm disposition. He truly treated us the way we would treat someone and the way we wanted to be treated.

Mickey did all the paper work yesterday evening before he left so we could close today (while he was away). Roger handled the closing docs. Kevin came by several times to make 100% sure it was everything we expected.

These guys even;

Cleaned the roof and awnings
Detailed the entire coach
New tires (all 6)
New batteries (all however many there are)
2 replacement fuel filter sets in the coach as spares per my request since it was not used allot.
New washer blades
Full tank of fuel
Full of water
Full of DEF
Full of LP
New fresh service
Full detail

Delivery team spent over an hour walking us through everything. 20 min on the TV set ups alone.

This experience could have soured someone else but we persevered and it was worth every second.

If you get 50% of the level of service quality that we received, 50% of the attention to detail that we received, 50% of the compassion and care that we received I guarantee YOU WILL GET 100% more than you could ever expect from anywhere else. I am not sure they made any money on this deal but I assure you they will in the future.

I will be an ANCIRA RV Cheerleader in every forum, on every platform, from every roof top.

In sales we were always taught;
A happy client might tell 1 person.
An unhappy client will tell the world.

I am the first scenario and I will tell the world.

This team has our business for life.

    Really like the color of that rig! And is that a KING sized bed? We have that in our much older rig and when I look at newer ones the DW always says to make sure it has a King bed. I'm like why? I always sleep on the couch....
