Maybe, if the house sells, fuel isn't $20 per gallon, and the better half will acquiesce.

I am fresh off the bus here (yes- the pun is intended; think class a bus) but I know from experience what a thankless job being a mod can be.
Respect and huzzahs for the new babysitters! Fire up that mod control panel and don't let the megalomania set in, lol!
