The new vBulletin software has the ability to be customized to suit your individaul needs. Go to the <User CP> on the left end of the Toolbar and click. Down the left side of the screen you will find the various options for setting passwords, Avatars, and a host of other features including email notification, messaging and so on.

It will not hurt to go in and change the settings and try them out. You can always go back and change them again.

Well that may be but as I recall I was able to do that on the old software too

And there were far fewer stupid smilies on the system

One thing I hate about smiles is if I want to say Something: Without a space

I get a stupid grin

John, I don't understand you comment of the spaces and grins. They only go were I decide to put them.

John - thanks for pointing this out. It has been fixed and was caused because the short cut to place that smilie in text was :(

If you see others with similar issues just holler and we'll get them fixed.
