Scott and others have given you a wealth of good info.

I also have a sister ship that I bought in 09, it has proven to be a very well built MH.

What I want to add is the info available from Winnie, probably the best documented MHs in the industry. Take a look at the resources they offer.
Wiring, plumbing, and as built parts list.

Yes that is a big reason I started looking into these. Iíve already downloaded the operators manual, wiring diagram manual, plumbing manual, etc. Going to be ordering some sealants pretty quick too. Canít wait to get busy getting to know the big girl!

Since you mentioned this is your first DP, one the things I'd strongly suggest is to sign up for a class at Camp Freightliner. You will get a good overview of the chassis structure and maintenance and a lot of material specific to your coach. Highly recommended.
