Anyone have any idea what the headlight assemblies on the 04 Adventurer are from? I need to replace one and I was hoping to find something on Ebay for replacement.

'05 (ish) Chevrolet Impala.

You'll find that the units on your motorhome were not made by the same supplier that made the Chevrolet versions though. Winnebago bought from a company called TYC. You'll see them on Ebay.
