We are looking at a 05 Sightseer 34A brand new still on dealers lot. Original msrp was $109000. I would not pay more than 25% off msrp if it were a 2007, however what would be a fair price to pay for this still new 2005. Thanks for any help.

In my opinion there is a reason why this is a left over....take 30 percent of MSRP....I just got 27 percent off mine and it was a 2006....plus the dealers play with that MSRP check that MSRP with another dealer..

Plus that unit needs all the fluids changed and must be waxed ...plus the house batteries are probably no good...its been sitting for a while...good luck
