As you can see in my profile I have the same coach and same year. Bought mine new and it has been a great coach with literally no problems. Runs great, gets 9+ to the gallon, the full body paint is excellent and no leaks. I have had one issue with the dash radio and that is it. Feel free to pm me and I would be glad to give you some pointers on what to look for and any problems or questions you may have. You will find some on this board who feel the 300hp. is a little under power for the coach however I pull a 2010 Ford Edge and no problems.

I had an 06' Itasca Meridian (the sister to the Journey) and loved it. There were a few minor chassis recalls on the Freightliner chassis. Just have the dealer check it before it rolls off the lot. Great coach, great product. You will love it.

We recently purchased a low mileage 06 Journey and have been very pleased so far. I would check the caulking along the sides near the gutter rails and the edges of the front and rear caps along the side and reseal if needed.

We have an '04 Journey with the 300 Cummins. Make sure that the fuel strainer has been changed @ proper intervals. It is located inside the frame rail, above the passenger side rear wheels. Ours gave us fits untill we finally found it and changed it. The information books with the coach had nothing about the strainer and the Cummins/Freightliner garages seemed to know nothing about it for quite some time. Freightliner and Cummins paid for any problems, but, the inconvenience of the problems was a big headache.
Good Luck,
Indiana Journey
