06 Journey

I recently purchased an 06 Journey 36G. Found a plastic shroud in the attached photo under the bed. Have no idea what it is or where it goes.

That looks like the plastic shroud that used to go under the OEM front TV.

Presumably the original TV has been replaced by a flat panel and the mounting restructured.

You see it on page 109 (Item 12) of the Parts Catalog for your coach.

Thanks,

That makes sense since the TV had been replaced.

The first thing I'd do is TOSS IT! I kept my shroud around for about a month figuring, hmmm, maybe there's some use for it. Or, maybe I'd see a request for one on the net someplace. Well, in reality, it's good for one thing, what it was used for in the first place and nothing else. And, who, in their right mind, takes a modern TV out and puts back an old boat anchor that was removed in the first place and needs one of those shrouds? NO ONE! So, I took pride in tossing mine out, along with all the steel that was there to hold in the original Sony Boat anchor.
