Thanks John....I agree (as usual... ) with everything you say....So much so that I am already trying to figure out what to do. The entertainment center, for lack of a better word, does in fact look goofy.
I'm going to root around and figure out what to do.

The ladder box is really kind of neat and out of the way....I like it as well.

The little fuse box seems to consume the compartment under the driver's seat, but all I usually kept in there was little stuff and not a big deal.

The electric hose reel makes a real "racket" going out and even slipped a bit...something to watch.

All in all I am happy with what I got, other than the tv/dvd and the fridge/freezer,but I knew "going in" those options were "nice to haves" and they might disappear.

I figure if and when I decide to dump the tv/dvd and the fridge/freezer,they'll be on here or ebay and gone gone gone....

John C., while it's not "obvious" to most people,I caught the different height in the camera mounting right from the get go....

This coach will certainly be the red headed step-child it seems.....

Makes me love her even more....

Great pictures Bob, like everything about your coach. Nothing is perfect, just love it and put it to bed warm every night...Jim

Agree, nice pics rebelsbeach. And the outside entertainment does leave something to be desired...
Do you have to open the driver's side slide to fill the LP tank?

Yes....

That's the FIRST thing the PDI tech said to me....The dealer didn't like that at all.

Also....as you can see in the pics, there is indeed an LP shutoff but you have to know where you're looking,as it's way up high in a driver's side compartment and a black switch on a black plate....

Something else I'm thinking about...

Inside pics are in the process of being uploaded.

Some things I've thought of....

Cabinet hinges are "hidden" like the Horizon apparently has been in the past.

Above cabinet "accent" lighting is a nice touch.

Full extension drawer slides....woohoo!

Lots of light switches to control all those little "bug eye" lights....

Nice cabinet above fridge for flat storage, but DW and I are only 5'6" !!

Gret Pictures Bob,

Nicely done so far (the ones that have made it to the net.) The hidden hinges are nice, I'm surprised they didn't use euro hinges. Maybe they weaken the door too much because of the large round bore they drill into each hinge spot. The dishwasher would have been a nice option. We've used the double dish drawer in our home now for 5 years and love it. Very lttle water, but very clean dishes!!. I like the pull out pantry too. Does the TV articulate in all directions or does it only swivel up and down? Great amount of cabinet area too. I can't wait to compare our FD to the KD floorplan to see those differences as well. Nice LCD by the way. Would never go back to tubes again!!

Whew.....just fininshed the rest of the interior pic upload.

Big Trace, the bedroom flat ONLY swivels horizontally away from the mount, not vertically.
It's screwed to a tubular mount that's screwed to the door. There's a hinge that runs top to bottom on the left side that allows the right side of the tv to hinge out.
The tv is held in place by a u shaped catch that "catches" the tubular frame when you push the tv back toward the cabinet door....I guess that's ANOTHER picture!!

Doors don't appear to be thick enough for the "euro" hinge bored hole.
While they're solid,I don't think it'd hold up.

Cabinet above fridge looks like it'll hold lots of spare paper towel rolls, but I'll leave those cabinets to the boss...

As far as the dishwasher,we opted for the three deep drawers,as it's just me,the wife and a nine year old daughter.
The wife and I usually do a "team" wash and dry,or sometimes one cooks and the other does the dishes....

Not sure how long the electrical cord reel is,but UPS brought my spare electrical cord today.
I'd still like to measure both reels and find out what I've got onboard.

One of the FRS radios has a red blinking fault light,I checked it's "seat" in the charger and it was fine, guess I'll look more tomorrow.

Happy Camping!!

Pretty hard rain the past two days....coach is sitting with slides extended and there's damp carpet in the front compartment of the driver's side slideout...

Spent some more time with the compartments today, didn't really like the way the factory ran the wires for the Dirt Devil so I cleaned that up a bit.

Seemed the wires were hanging down into the compartment.....

Since I'm the wire tie king (according to my DW),I was able to fix it right up.

Speaking of the Dirt Devil,I actually used it today and it worked really good...

Afterwards,I came up with a mini-modification,probably a .25 on the Canfield scale ( ),but it was actually a "removal" mod.

The powers to be at Winnie that put the shelves in the bedroom long closet, also put the hose hanger in that closet.
(There's really nowhere else for it....)

Having said that, the DW and I determined we would be just as happy with the hose and attachments under the bed for now,and for me to remove the hose hanger.

I'll move up the Canfield scale here bit by bit.....baby steps!!

Sounds like it's time to go ahead and take her back to the dealer as the furnace went on the fritz today....When first turned on it'll blows cold air for about ten minutes and then shuts off. Temp in coach was 60 degress, had thermostat at 68.
Was working fine until today.
Heat pump comes on but shuts off because of the differential after a few minutes.
LP reads full....

Outside temp was in mid-50's.....

Guess that what the warranty's for....

Doesn't look like anyone's still reading these,so maybe this'll be the last one?

Hey Rebelsbeach,
You didn't by chance turn off (or not turn on) the propane? If the unit is calling for the propane heater but it will not start then it will shut down. Just a thought.

Wow....the power of these forums.

(Here's where I bow down to Dennis...)

Somehow I must have hit the LP "off" button on the panel and there been enough in the lines to run it for however long....

She's purring like a kitten now....was cold in there too....56 degrees!!

THANKS Dennis,if you're even in Virginia Beach, dinner and beverages are on me!

ON EDIT for Trace....see THIS post!!

Trace, the LP shutoff is at the top of the monitor panel, right next to the red lighted 110v water heater switch, which is why I'm thinking I shut it off by accident.
(I even took a picture of it the other day!!)

Great place for it,but I need to pay more attention!!

Bob, It's a new rig. There will be a learning curve even for the most experienced. By the way, I just got a Verizon Internet Card for my laptop.. Pretty cool and very fast considering what it is. Only 59.99/month too. I don't think I could swallow the datastorm price!!
