07 Voyage cant turn off House batteries

On my 07 Voyage I cant turn of the house batteries by the stepwell switch. I here the solenoid click but batteries dont turn off. Suggestions??

If its new to you, it may have the solenoid bypassed. Many folks do that so they don't switch it off by accident or because it doesn't switch on.

Are you on shore power when you switch it off ? It may be switching off but the RV is being powered by the converter/charger. Some converters are wired to the the 12 volt components after the solenoid.

we have a 2007 Voyage 35A If it's plugged in when you attempt to turn off the switch you can't the lights will still work while running off the converter. Unplug it and I'll bet you will see that it worked
