If you are new to RV ownership, you may soon learn that many RV repair shops make appointments weeks (or months) in advance due to work backlog or lack of qualified-tech staffing. And tell us: How close are you to "the factory" ?

Winnebago and HWH have authorized service centers which may be closer than either Forest City, or Moscow, Iowa.

The best choice would be to find a service center that is authorized by both companies. If I had to choose just one, I would choose a Winnebago authorized dealer.

winnebago can do all the work. that said, if you have a hwh problem, hwh in moscow has the parts on hand, or, in most cases, can rebuild what you need.

call ahead at least a couple of weeks in advance during the busy months. it helps arrange the work load so we can get you in right away,

we invite you to arrive early, and stay overnight if you want. we have free 30 and 50 amp hookups, first come first served. stop in, even if you dont need service. take a self guided tour and see how we make the systems. you are always welcome.
no purchase required. just a smile.
