Is it a Fantastic Fan? If so contact them. They have been good about replacing failed parts even on older units.

Winnebago used a lot of Fantastic vent fans in their coaches and if you're fortunate Fantastic may even pay the shipping and give you the part at no charge whatsoever.

Fantastic fan or Maxx air contact the company. If it's the standard bathroom vent with the little white 4=blade fan (About 4") any RV dealer should stock replacement motors and blades. I don't think much of those fans by the way.. Replaced with 2 or 3 4" computer type fans on my RV (Depending on bathroom) work much better.

Yeah it's one of those, it's the second one down, but I don't need the whole vent system, all I need is the motor that comes with it.
