1993 Winnebago Warrior 25' Chevy 454

Found a 1993 Winnebago Warrior 25' Chevy V8 454 with double bed, for sale that seems to be in very good shape, and cared for, or least redone really well.
I am going to try to go check it out this week.
Is there anything I need to look at, or under
it is priced at 12,900, which may be a little high, but it appears to be in great shape.

Here is a brochure

Check condition of the roof and for leaks. Also check tire age, anything over 6-7 years probably are at the end of their life. Test all appliances and systems. Have fun, don't fall in love until the paperwork is signed!

Exhaust inspection

The 454 engine package sometimes has issues down the road with exhaust manifold leaks. They leak at the manifold to head area and also from the smog tubes that get rust pin holes in them. When attempting repairs the manifold studs like to snap off then your looking at removing the cylinder heads to properly repair them. Have the current owner remove the engine cover so you can examine the engine and the exhaust system on the engine while it's running. If you here ticking sounds (almost sounds like loose valve train) you have exhaust leaks. Also inspect the brake system and make sure it does not pull to the left or right when braking. This would indicate bad front calipers or brake hoses. See if the current owner has maintenance records thruout the motorhomes life. That will tell you if it has truly been pampered and taken care of. Good luck and hope it works out for you.

P.S. - In my opinion he will be sitting on this model for a VERY long time asking that price.$8000 tops is what I would pay and that would be if it were like new condition.
