I got this coach 2 weeks ago and have spent the last 2 weekends learning and getting it ready to go.

Today I was working with the living room slide and noticed that the back portion of the slide trim sticks out when the slide is closed. This is the straight piece of trim that goes above the compartments.

After a close inspection I see that the 2 pieces of trim overlap so when the slide closes the trim on the slide flexes out. The overlap is less than 1/4 inch and is the width of the trim end cap.

At the front of the slide right behind the drivers seat there is more than 1/2 inch clearance but there is no clearance at the back portion of the slide.

How do you adjust the slide so it centered? I just need to move the slide 1/4 to 1/2 inch toward the front of the coach.

Anyone know how to do this?

I fixed this so I wanted to provide an update just in case anyone else has this issue. I talked with Winnebago. They told me to extend the slide all the way out and open the storage doors. In the first and third doors are the slide rails. At the end of the rails are 2 bolts on each one that center the slide on the rails. I loosened the 4 bolts and then went to the back of the slide and pushed it a few times. I then closed the slide almost all the way to see if the alignment was correct. It was so Winnebago had me close the slide completly and re-tighten the bolts.

Have extended / closed the slide 5 times and driven about 20 miles. Alignment is still good so hopefully this fixes the issue.

Thanks for the update. I'll file this one away for future reference for sure.
