The different rear ends are in the Workhorse Gas Motorhome Chassis guide, complete with pictures. The Guide used to be free on the web, but sometime in late '04 they took it off the internet and started only offering printed or CD versions. You can order it by calling WCC at 1-574-294-8844.

Rear Axle Ratio(s)

W-24 5.86 (22.5" Wheels) S
W-22 5.38 (22.5" Wheels) S
W-22 4.88 (19.5" Wheels) S
W-20 4.78 (19.5" Wheels) O

I haven't seen anything in print regarding the axle ratio and the "new" six-speed Allison but the "double over drive" should allow for a taller gear and fewer RPM in 6th. More power and less gas, America! What a Country!
